There is a well equipped kitchen, a roomy lounge diner with a conservatory facing out on to the large rear garden.

The lounge, with an open fireplace, has a flat screen TV with Sky +, DVD/VHS player and Bose radio/CD. Wi Fi is available.
 
There are two double bedrooms upstairs, one of which is ensuite. The second bedroom is double bedded and also contains a single bed and TV/DVD with Freeview. There is a shower room with a very large shower. The third bedroom is downstairs, with a single bed. This is close by the downstairs cloakroom.
 
The house is fully central heated which is included in the cost.

The large rear garden is completely enclosed and safe for children and pets. There is a patio area with garden furniture and a gas barbecue for your use.

The laundry facilities are in the attached garage and include a washing machine and dryer.

Two well behaved dogs welcome at a fee of £15 per pet.
 
Bed linen is provided free of charge but please bring your own towels. Changeover day in high season is Saturday.

Laurel Dene is a 5 minute walk from Ferndown town, which has a variety of restaurants and takeaways. There is a large Tesco in the precinct, and various other shops, banks and local traders.

Laurel Dene in Ferndown is very well situated to access many areas of interest. We are close to Hampshire which has the New Forest and market town of Ringwood nearby. The Isle of Wight and area of Jurassic Coast can be visited along with its other attractions. In the other direction, Wimborne another market town, is just 4 miles away, with the National Trust property Kingston Lacey close by. Dorset is full of delightful places to visit, many of which are easily accessible from your base at Laurel Dene.

We are a few short miles from the seaside town of Bournemouth, with excellent shopping. For more spectacular coastline, the Purbecks are not to be missed. Have a day out and drive to Corfe Castle and visit the Studland Beaches. Swanage and Wareham are other small towns to visit and the RSPB bird sanctuary of Arne.

For families, Monkey World at Wool is the ideal place for a great day out at this fantastic ape rescue centre, as well as a large number of family attractions in the surrounding area.

Laurel Dene is also just minutes from Ferndown Golf Club.
