"Welcome to the Manor House Hotel a county house hotel situated on Studland Bay, Dorset one of the most beautiful places in England. Located in the heart of the Isle of Purbeck, just across the ferry from Poole and Bournemouth and not far from Swanage and the historic village of Corfe Castle. I can't take credit for the glorious views and the beaches. But I am proud to provide a comfortable and relaxing hotel with good food and attentive but informal service, to give you the break you deserve. Our aim is to offer a haven for you to relax in comfort. Besides comfortable bedrooms, relaxing public areas and excellent food, we also have plenty of staff who have time to help you with any request."

The Manor House Hotel, Studland, combines old-fashioned charm and service with modern comforts and facilities. Staying here can seem like stepping back to another era: a time when life was quiet and civilized; when people stopped to talk; and when service was gracefully given.
The hotel is a beautiful 18th century building in a quiet part of Studland village. Privately run, this National Trust property lies within 20 acres of private grounds and offers the most wonderful sea views across the famous Studland Bay and towards Old Harry Rocks.
Bedrooms
The Manor House Hotel has 21 stylishly decorated bedrooms, some with four-poster beds and sea views of Studland Bay, Dorset. The Manor House Hotel competitive rates mean a stay here is not an expensive indulgence. We also have a range of special offers to tempt you to return off-season.
All bedrooms have colour TV, private bathroom or shower room with lavatory. They all have central heating, tea and coffee making facilities, direct dial phone and hair dryer. Many rooms have wonderful sea views overlooking Studland Bay; the remainder has a pleasant country or garden outlook. All differ in size and character, and most of the second floor rooms have some sloping eaves. There is no lift, but of course we will be pleased to help with any heavy luggage.
Fine Dining
The Manor House Hotel boasts a talented Head Chef (and of course his staff) who use mainly local produce to provide fine freshly prepared meals, at country prices. To complete the perfect experience by enjoying a meal prepared by our Head Chef, served in our grand oak paneled dining room or in the conservatory with its views over Studland Bay. Using the finest local ingredients The Manor House Restaurant is renowned for its excellent menu, fresh preparation and superb service, winning awards and celebrating recognition on more than a few occasions.
Dinner
A superb four-course dinner is included within the room rate. Dinner is served between 7.00 pm and 9.00 pm. Please let us know in advance if you have any special dietary requirements or other needs, and if you wish any guests to join you. Our table d’hote menu changes daily and features fresh local produce, including vegetarian options and locally caught fish.
Lunch
A wide range of hot and cold dishes is available daily from the bar between 12.00 pm and 2.00 pm. A 3-course Table d’hote lunch is available every Sunday (booking necessary).
Cream Teas & Bar Menu
The Manor House Hotel has a delicious Bar Menu available from 12 until 2pm everyday. Our traditional Dorset cream teas are served between 3.30 and 5.30pm and can be taken on the lawns overlooking the Bay (weather permitting) or in front of log fire in the cosy lounge.
Other Information
Children: Minimum age 5 years, children over 16 years classed as an adult. Children sharing 5-10 years with 2 adults are charged £45 each per night which includes high tea or dinner and full English breakfast. Children sharing 11-15 years with 2 adults are charged half the adult rate including high tea or dinner and full English breakfast. A child sharing a room with only one adult will be charged at the normal adult rate.
Dogs: Well behaved dogs can be accommodated at the proprietor’s discretion. Please advise when booking. Dogs are not permitted in the lounge, bar or restaurant. A charge of £5.00 per night will be made - any extra cleaning or laundry will be charged accordingly. Please bring your own dog bed or blanket. Food not supplied.
Luncheons: A wide and varied range of hot and cold dishes are available daily from the bar between 12.00pm and 2.00pm. A traditional 3 course Table d’hote lunch is also available every Sunday (booking required).
Dinner: A superb quality dinner is included in the rates as listed on the tariff. Dinner is served between 7.00pm and 9.00pm. Please advise reception in advance if you wish to have guests join you for dinner. Our Table d’hote menu changes daily and features fresh local produce, locally caught fish and vegetarian options. Special diets can be catered for with prior notice.

Tennis Courts: The Hotel has two full size all-weather tennis courts. Correct tennis shoes should be worn. Tennis rackets and balls can be provided.

Weddings/Parties/Events: Out of season the whole hotel can be booked for private weddings and parties. Small parties can be catered for in the dining conservatory, alternatively a marquee can be booked for larger numbers.
Corporate: The hotel has no conference facilities.
