Price range for 2013 £290 - £580
Mariner’s View is one in a small row of terraced cottages, looking directly south, situated at the tip of the mainland just before the causeway that leads to Portland. There are wonderful views from the cottage windows of sea, yachts, windsurfers, the cliffs of Portland and the Chesil Beach. The National Sailing Academy can been seen from the cottage windows.

2 bedrooms: one full-sized double bed, and the other 2 full-sized single beds, plus travel cot.
Good-sized bathroom is upstairs: shower over the bath, wash hand-basin, WC (wonderful views of Chesil Beach and the sea while you brush your teeth).
Solid oak wood flooring throughout ground floor.
Comfortably furnished sitting room, with coal-effect electric fire.
Smart TV, DVD, radio/iPod dock
Free WiFi internet
Through an archway is the dining room, with seating for 6, if necessary.
Toys, books and games for the (hopefully not too many) rainy days.
A high chair and child's stairgate.
Kitchen: fridge, freezer, washing machine, electric cooker with gas hob, microwave, tea towels, hand towels, and all kitchen equipment you could need.
Gas central heating.
Through the back door is a paved courtyard with a patio table, chairs and clothes line. A gate leads to residents’ parking places at the back.
Mariner's View is a no smoking property. Sorry, no pets.
Parking
Arrival time: from 4pm onwards, departure time: by 10am
"First come, first served" parking area (ground unmade) at the back of the cottage, or park immediately in front of the cottage. It is a grasscrete surface, no through traffic, and perfectly safe for children to play outside.

Just up the Portland Road there are shops, takeaways, bank, health centre, sailing and angling equipment stores, pubs, restaurants.
