Parkers Cottage is situated in a very small, narrow no-through road with only a handful of other cottages, providing a peaceful haven away from the main roads.

A touch of luxury with a cosy stove and beautifully decorated and presented in a modern but traditional style for your comfort, safety and relaxation.

Free parking is provided at the rear of the cottage leaving the front of the property clear of parking in fact you rarely see any cars just the dog-walkers, ramblers etc using the access to the many walks around the top of the island.
 
For the comfort of all our guests, the accommodation is non-smoking throughout.

Situated in the village of 'Fortuneswell' on the Isle of Portland, Parkers Cottage is a traditional Portland stone cottage that boasts a very high quality warm and cosy interior and can sleep up to five/six people sharing.

The cottage is centrally heated throughout. The cosy lounge boasts an electric stove, colour TV, DVD, video and Hi-FI and a selection of family games. Three 2 seater settee for comfortable relaxing.
 
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, fridge.freezer, iron and ironboard, toaster, and kettle. All dining and cooking utensils are also provided.

On the first floor is a luxury bathroom with large corner bath and power shower cubicle, large radiator and airing cupboard. Separate WC.
 
The master bedroom on this floor has a king sized bed, bedside cabinets, teasmaid, chest of drawers and TV

On the second floor the bedroom has full size bunk beds and a further single bed plus full sized pullout bed.
 
Duvets and pillows are provided, but please bring your own bed linen and towels.

Outside is a small south facing courtyard (safe and secure for the children) complete with BBQ, table and chairs with access to free public car park at the rear. To the side of the cottage, the garage provides secure, roller shuttered wet/dry storage for all your equipment.

There is an outside hose.

Bookings are made for Saturday to Saturday with arrivals from 3.00pm and departures by 10.00am. Short breaks can also be arranged at short notice and during low season.

Prices range from £250.00 during low-season to £591.00 high season per week, sleeping up to six adults. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
