Recently refurbished Pebblepickers is a comfortable three bedroom cottage which from the back garden allows direct access to the beautiful Chesil Beach. It also benefits from a private off road parking area for two cars at the rear.

This is the perfect base for a beach side holiday. Sit on the pebble ridge and enjoy the amazing sun sets over the sea and gaze the length of the Dorset World Heritage Jurassic coast-line.

We are very close to the National Sailing Academy which will host the 2012 Olympics and a short walk to the Castletown diving center. Plus many other water sports and fishing activities nearby.

It is also an incredible site for cycle trails, walking, climbing, bird watching etc and generally exploring this remarkable coast-line and County. The Cove House Inn is just a 300 yard walk along the beach and provides a lovely atmosphere with good food and ales.

Pebble Pickers Cottage provides all mod cons Including TV , DVD, Broadband and WiFi. Full kitchen facilities lovely garden / patio area and has ample space for up to 7 guests but access and stairs are not suitable for elderly or disabled. It also has separate bathroom and shower room with a toilet and sink in both so no major queuing in the mornings. Up to two of mans best friends are also allowed but only on the ground floor

Now converted to open plan. This room has a comfortable seating area with two sofas, one of which converts into a large 5 foot bed and dining area has a extending dining table with eight chairs a large well stocked glass book case. For entertainment their is a T.V, Free view, dvd, books and Wi Fi Broadband.

Garden

The unique aspect of this house is the westerly rear garden which leads directly to Chesil Beach. From the back door there is a sunken patio area with steps to the main garden area which is paved and shingle. A path leads through to the parking area which is tarmac and has space for two small cars. Walk across the further area of tarmac parking and directly onto the pebbles of Chesil. Climb the bank and you are gazing the entire length of Chesil Beach winding round to the Devon coast.

Kitchen

Well equipped with gas oven and hob, washing machine,dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and plenty of crockery, pans and utensils.

Bathroom

From the dinning area a steep straight wooden staircase leads to a spacious bathroom with new bath, toilet, washbasin, heated towel rail and westerly views of Chesil beach.

Next door to the bathroom, a new Toilet, sink and large shower with heated towel rail.

Master Bedroom

Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, two bedside tables with lamps, dressing mirror.

Which has twin single beds and chest of drawers, long dressing mirror and two lamps.

Top Bedroom

Curved steep flight of stairs to top floor bedroom with dormer window with views across to the marina. Twin beds, chest of drawers, two lamps and chair.
