Pinetop cottage is situated in the quiet wooded cul-de-sac of Nightjar Close 5 minutes drive from the centre of Poole.

Easily reached by road it provides and ideal base for discovering all that coastal and rural Dorset has to offer. 1/2 mile off the A350, we are 3 hours from London and Birmingham and 1 1/2 from Bristol. We are a 5 minute drive from Poole railway station and the cross channel ferry terminal, and within a few minutes of a wide selection of restaurants and bistros.

Sylishly decorated and well equipped, it offers centrally heated, no smoking comfortable ground floor accommodation  ideal for use all year round.

Sleeping 4 persons in two bedrooms, it has both a front garden with parking and an enclosed rear garden.
 
Accommodation
 
The cottage has been fitted for all year round use and we have tried to ensure that everything has been provided to allow you to have a wonderful stay with us. Please feel free to ask for specific quotations.
 
A newly fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, hob and oven. We include complementary teas, coffee, milk and biscuits. We have a local food shop 5 minutes walk away or a larger supermarket is a 5 minutes drive. 
 
The cosy lounge is ideal to relax in, having two comfy sofas, dining area, freeview TV with DVD player, CD player/radio, games and books. There is an electric stove in addition to the radiators.
 
Both bedrooms overlook the peaceful back garden and are well furnished with storage and wardrobes. One has a double bed and the other two singles. Bed linen is provided and the beds are made up for your stay.

The well designed bathroom has a modern adjustable ove bath shower and heated towel warmer.
 
Outside there are gardens, the front having a driveway with enough space for two cars. There is even room for a boat or jet skis. The back garden is ideal for enjoying outdoor living with a patio, lighting and garden furniture. The front and back gardens are sunny so ideal for when you cannot be bothered to go out!
 
Short Breaks
 
Pinetop cottage is available all year and is booked weekly in high season from approximately May Bank Holiday to Mid-September and also during public holidays.
 
However during the remainder of the year we welcome short breaks.
 
Short Break bookings can start on any day of the week and are flexible and good value for money.
 
Stay of 3 nights are 60% of the weekly tariff and 4 nights is 75%. 5 nights or more are charged at the weekly rate.
 
Location
 
Pinetop holiday cottage is situated in a quiet wooded cul de sac, 5 minutes drive from Poole and the coast. Easily reached by road it provides an ideal base for discovering all that rural and coastal Dorset has to offer. Walk or cycle through Upton Country Park into Poole with its historic Quay, boat trips, shopping and dining.
 
There is superb hiking along the nearby World Heritage Coast Path on the Isle of Purbeck as well as award winning Blue Flag beaches at Studland, Sandbanks and Bournemouth.
 
Visit the market towns of Wimborne, Dorchester and Wareham or the resorts of Bournemouth, Swanage and Weymouth. National trust Properties include Corfe Castle, Kingston Lacey and Brownsea Island. The New Forset National Park is only 30 minutes away. Enjoy a day trip to France
 
Notes
 
Pinetop is strictly non smoking. One dog is usually allowed by arrangement at a cost of £15/week. Please contact with details of size and breed. Dogs the size of a small donkey cannot be accepted! High chair is provided as are a range of toys, games and books, Cds and DVDs. A travel cot is also available, please ask when booking. As Pinetop is fully centrally heated and has PVC double glazed windows it is very comfortable even in the colder months. In summer the sunny garden is lovely to eat in and has a table, chairs and parasol as well as sun lounger. The rear garden is lit and has a clothes line.
