Located in Eype which is a pretty village in West Dorset,only 5 minutes from the market town of Bridport and Symondsbury Estate.

A light airy living room has a comfy sitting area with TV and DVD player, and a table big enough for 6 people to sit at the other. French windows lead outside onto a decked area, part of which is dog and child proof. A gas barbecue for summer evenings and table and chairs for outside seating is also provided.

The well equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, cooker and fridge/freezer.

There are 2 double bedrooms with zip and link beds and a shared bathroom with WC and shower bath. A cot and highchair can also be provided.

There is a further WC with a washer/dryer plus gas central heating so it is warm even in winter.
