Stour Hill Barn is a detached barn conversion, situated within the grounds of an equestrian centre, only one mile from the village of West Stour, close to Gillingham. This cottage sleeps eight people and has four bedrooms consisting of one super king-size four poster with en-suite bathroom, a king-size double with en-suite corner bath, one double and one twin, as well as a family bathroom and a ground floor basin and WC. The cottage also boasts a fitted farmhouse-style kitchen with a dining area, utility room, a sitting room with an open fire and exposed stone walls, a second sitting room and a first floor landing with balustrade gallery above the hallway. Outside, this cottage has off road parking for five cars and a patio and enclosed lawned rear garden with furniture. Stour Hill Barn is a wonderful cottage, close to many places of interests, which will suit all tastes.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property feedback
The property was extremely well-equipped and in a beautiful position, with great views over the surrounding countryside. The owner was very welcoming and friendly, and we appreciated the special touches such as fresh flowers and a home-baked cake. There was plenty to do and see in the area, and we would happily return for another holiday!

,Stour Hill Barn is the perfect location to gather family or friends together. The house and garden are both beautiful with stunning views. Plenty of pretty villages to visit near and far and a fabulous pub/restaurant to eat in if you wish. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends.
