Description of property
Situated on the edge of the famous village of Tolpuddle, this charming semi-detached cottage is full of character. With three en suites and a cosy open-fire with log burning stove for chillier evenings, or winter breaks, this home-from-home is able to sleep a total of six people over three double bedrooms. With patio doors opening onto the garden, visitors can enjoy al fresco dining, or just a cool glass of something refreshing on hot summer evenings, surrounded by the glorious local countryside. This is a great base for exploring all Dorset has to offer.

Full oil central heating with additional heating from log burner in sitting room. LPG gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, colour TV, DVD, CD player/radio etc. Fuel, power and starter pack of fuel for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lawned garden to rear with two patios and garden furniture. One well behaved dog welcome (to be supervised at all times). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3.5 miles, pub 10 mins walk. Note: There are horses stabled opposite the cottage.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property feedback
The cottage we stayed at was excellent. It was fantastic to find a property with just double beds. Our 2 year old loved having a big, big girl bed and the property does really suit calmer toddlers, once you have added travel stairgates and made minor adjustments. Their was a lovely big table in the kitchen that comfortably seats six. The owners were really friendly and I am hoping to stay again in the future. Thank you Sykes for making the whole process so easy. Will certainly use you again.

,Good central location for touring idyllic rural Dorset and coastal resorts. The family loved the horses in the stable opposite. A lovely property and friendly helpful owners. A fantastic all round holiday!
