Woodland Cottage is a luxury, semi detached cottage in the residential area of Walkford near to Highcliffe on Sea, on the edge of the New Forest National Park and just a short drive from the resort towns of Christchurch and Bournemouth. With one double bedroom, one twin and one single (with a pull out bed), this cottage can sleep up to six people. The accommodation also includes a family bathroom, a fitted kitchen which leads into a dining area, a sitting room and a conservatory. Outside the cottage is a south facing enclosed lawned garden with two patios and garden furniture and off road parking for three cars. Furnished to a very high standard and located in stunning position near to the south coast, Woodland Cottage is a fabulous holiday home no matter what you are looking for in a holiday.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property feedback
The cottage was easily accessible to nearby Highcliffe Beach and the road networks to the New Forest and West Dorset. The weather was fine and we really enjoyed being able to have meals in the back garden. The kitchen was excellent for cooking and the nearby pubs were very good as well. Being able to borrow some of the books was fun for the children and they also enjoyed the games.
